Ingredients

Scale

4 large eggs

100g sugar

90g cake flour

30ml milk

30ml oil

1/4 tsp cream of tartar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp cocoa powder (for chocolate version)

Instructions

1. Separate eggs. Beat yolks with sugar and milk until creamy.

2. Add sifted flour and oil. Mix gently.

3. Whip egg whites with sugar and cream of tartar to stiff peaks.

4. Fold egg whites into yolk mixture carefully.

5. Pour into round pan or cupcake molds.

6. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 25–30 minutes.

7. Cool completely before decorating.

8. Use buttercream and melted chocolate to draw Labubu face.

Notes

You can use Dutch-process cocoa for a richer chocolate taste.

Decorate with toothpicks for fine details.

Use almond or oat milk for dairy-free option.
